No, not yet. Still trying to understand the rules as what we read tells us one thing and what we observe tells us something else. But in time we will sort it out. I will say however that many of the rideshare drivers will decline/cancel our ride when I let them know we have a dog. Unfortunate!

Hi Denise. Just so you know we have received water bills as that Is in Denise's name. The electric and gas bill is still in the name of the property owner and they haven't yet told us what we owe. Stay tuned. Regarding the tax structure...not sure which you mean. Income tax, sales tax, real estate tax? Let me know and I will try to assist.
