Getting that all-important 'Número de Utente', your registration number for the national health services (SNS), got easier in the last month. I shared the process, the required documents and where to submit information at the FB group Americans & Friends in Portugal. Registration is open for the first time to people who haven't yet received their Residence Permits. SNS is the single source for the COVID-19 so this is really important!

That's an email address, to which you'd send the required documents, to register for your Número. I'm also in Cascais and fall under that email address.
