So wonderful following in your visual

footsteps in Coimbra. “Oh what a night” Life is grand. How did you both do with walking up the steep inclines of the hills of Coimbra? Eric and will next time carry a difibrilator, 😲

Anytime a town is forced to install stairs because the street is too steep, you know you are in trouble. On the bright side, it burned off some of the calories we ate.

I love the picture of the empty bowls. That says as much or more about the meal as a shot of the untouched dishes. And as for working when "on vacation", it reminded me of the time I was talking to my father, several years after he retired. I signed off the call by saying "Have a good weekend." He chuckled and said, "How would I tell the difference?"

Every day is a weekend, or a vacation day. Life is grand!
