Not quite. You must leave the Schengen area for 90 days before you can return. Poland is in the Schengen alliance. https://ec.europa.eu/home-affairs/what-we-do/schengen-borders-and-visa/schengen-visa_en As countries can change over time you will need to Google who is in before you travel and plan accordingly.
