Nancy, the park in Setubal is filled with so many beautiful pieces by Maria. That was the first place we stopped after taking the train from Lisbon. I said to my wife Nancy was here cause I remembered your previous posts you wrote about these whimsical figures.

Or the ladies who were separating color from black n white, using washing machine nine to mix then a food blender to mince n stir, pouring paper mush onto small meshed frames when dry making hand made note cards.Another day spent afternoon in a family home helping with English language skills. Always tear up when I think of young mother do proud of the recycled plastic bottles she turned into pretty flowers!! Think you for recommending this cultural experience to me

I enjoyed the garden sculptures during the day trip to Shtooball. I felt I had fallen down a rabbit hole and was wary of the Red Queen.
