The four of you are my absolute faves! Still living in Rhode Island, I am currently traveling in Europe and have been to sis countries within a two week time frame- none of them Portugal. But I visited Portugal last summer and loved it. What I notice in all of these places is that the element of reason seems more prevalent than at home, as does the value of education, the
Concept of respect, the acknowledgement and acceptance of personal differences... and on and on and on. I love your posts and look forward to them. And I continue to contemplate my next move! Thanks to all four of you for the light you bring into my life!
Love all 4 of you!! Nancy, great sense of humor, truly. Happy, I found Carol and your blog about the journey you've made!! and , don't laugh, I started think much harder what I do need to buy and don't need to buy to fit in a few suitcases in 3 years I decided to make my move
Love it.. I’m still smiling & always enjoy your posts. As is a very frugal person myself, I can’t imagine giving out my laundry to be washed and I too go shopping for my groceries. I have not had any deliveries in the over seven months that I’ve been here. As I’m hauling my cat litter home… Sometimes I contemplate it.. but I am a cheapskate!! Have a wonderful vacation🥰
I definitely laughed. Always enjoy reading your emails, your humor, thoughts, and your honesty. It's great to have made new friends in a new country. Thanks for sharing your experiences.
hoping to meet up witih carol, as well, during our portugal journey! so excited! finally getting on the road i 3 weeks after 6 month of planning. see you all soon (actually not until october/november)
