I’ll never forget when we bought our horse property in Colorado…..we brought in builder and designer and they gave us a price of $250K to redo the house. We too use a steel beam to bump out the house. The final bill for us was in excess of $600K. Yes, it’s only money.
I like the fact you are moving the pillar and if you get a poured concrete ceiling that steel beam will help.

As I have said before, you and Mike are a lot alike in so many ways. I constantly gave to reign him in with emails to the Portuguese people. Relax, wait and breathe...
