When I was in VRSA last month I wondered about a bldg, similar to your first pic, that was the first dilapidated warehouse- looking structure on Av, d.l. Republica north of the center. It had a faded banner announcing coming development, but appears to have never gotten off the ground…..have you heard anything about this bldg? thx,
I was told by a local agent that specialises in new development that finally something will start happening there in the near future. I think it could offer spectacular loft type spaces. If you want more info, email me and I will put you in contact with the agent.
